1、健脾通气合剂对剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的研究许新艳孙建华师晓燕杨凯焉(甘肃省第二人民医院护理部甘肃兰州730000)【摘要】目的：探讨健脾通气合剂促进剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法：将在我院行剖宫产术分娩的60例产妇随机分为研宄组和对照组，各30例，对照组术后6h开始饮水，不采取其他促进胃肠功能恢复措施，研究组在术后24h幵始口服健脾通气合剂，比较两组产妇的排气时间、排便时间、初乳出现时间等。结果：研究组产妇的术后排气时间、排便时间、住院时间、首次泌乳时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛缓解评分则显著高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在剖宫产术后应用健脾通气合剂，可有效

7、资料与方法1.1一般资料选取2013年1月1日一2014年12月30日在我院择期行剖宫产术分娩的60例产妇作为研究对象，排除冇腹部手术史者，药物过敏史者，过敏体质者，合并造血系统疾病以及严重心脑血管疾病者，肝肾功能异常者。年龄18〜39岁，平均年龄(27.37±4.04)岁，分娩孕周37〜41周，平均(39.8±l.l)周。所有产妇均在连续硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产手术，平均手术时间(38.4±1
