1、观察中医综合护理对促进剖宫产术后产妇康复的效果　　【摘要】目的探�中医综合护理对促进剖宫产术后产妇的康复效果。方法90例行剖宫产产妇，根据不同术后护理方案分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组采用中医综合护理措施，比较两组产妇的护理满意度及首次排便时间、首次排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间。结果观察组产妇非常满意32例，比较满意12例，不满意1例，护理满意度为97.8%；对照组产妇非常满意14例，比较满意20例，不满意11例，护理满意度为75.5%；观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义
