1、探讨胸腰椎管狭窄症患者手术治疗的近期疗效赵振东付兆宗刘-涛广东省江门市中心医院目的:探讨胸腰椎管狭窄症患者手术治疗的近期疗效。方法:2015年1月2016年12月，共有胸椎管狭窄症患者85例，随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组（45例）采用微创通道下单侧减压术进行治疗，对照组（40例）采用开放减压、椎间植骨内固定手术进行治疗，比较两组患者的身体疼痛和0DI评分、治疗优良率、手术指标。结果：（1）和治疗前对比，观察组患者术后身体疼痛评分和0DT评分均明显减少，P〈0.05;和对照组对比，观察组治疗后身体疼痛评分和0DI

2、评分明显更少，P<0.05;（2）观察组治疗优良率达到95.56%，对照组治疗优良率达到90%，W组差异不显著，不具有统计学意义，P>0.05;（3）观察组手术时间和恢复日常生活自理能力的时间明显比对照组短，术中出血量明显比对照组少，差异显著，具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论:微创通道下单侧减压术位用于胸椎管狭窄症治疗屮效果优于开放手术，可靠安全，有利于预后的改善，值得推广。关键词：胸椎管狭窄症;手术治疗;近期疗效;研宄方向:脊柱及骨关节病的临床治疗，专长急慢性疼痛的诊疗及康复、手术治疗。StudyontheC
