1、探讨胸腰椎管狭窄症患者手术治疗的近期疗效赵振东位兆宗刘二涛广东省江门市中心医院摘要：冃的:探讨胸腰椎管狭窄症患者手术治疗的近期疗效。方法：2015年1月P16年12月，共有胸椎管狭窄症患者85例，随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组（45例）采用微创通道下单侧减压术进行治疗，对照组（40例）采用开放减压、椎间植骨内固定手术进行治疗，比较两组患者的身体疼痛和0DI评分、治疗优良率、手术指标。结果：（I）和治疗前对比，观察组患者术后身体疼痛评分和0DT评分均明显减少，P<0.05;和对照组对比，观察组治疗后身体疼痛评分和0DI评分明显更少，P<0.05;（2）观察组治疗优良率达到95.5
