1、降钙素原、C-反应蛋白及白细胞计数对细菌感染诊断价值比较(浙江省台州市第一人民医院检验科浙江台州318020)目的:探讨血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白及外周血白细胞计数对细菌感染的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月1口至2015年12月31口血培养阳性病例110例,血培养阴性病例80例,制作ROC曲线,比较血清PCT、CRP及外周血WBC计数对细菌感染的临床诊断价值。结果:对PCT、CRP及外周血WBC计数做ROC曲线,比较ROC曲线下面积,结果:PCT曲线下面积为0.665(P=0.665,95%置信区间为0.587〜0.742),敏感性71.84%,特异性46
2、.34%;CRP曲线下面积为0.596(P=0.25,95%曲线下面积为0.514〜0.679),敏感性90.29%,特异性13.41%;WBC曲线卜面积为0.648(P=0.01,95%置信区间为0.569〜0.727),敏感性54.37%,特异性67.07%。结论:细菌感染时血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白及外周血白细胞计数这三项指标均升高,对患者的PCT、CRP及WBC计数做ROC曲线,比较ROC曲线下面积PCT(0.665)>WBC(0.648)>CRP(0.596}/说明对于细菌感染,PCT的临床诊断价值最高,高于WBC计数和CRP,CRP对于细菌感
