1、低温等离子消融术治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效分析［］H的评价下鼻屮低温等离子消融术治疗过敏性结膜炎的存效性。方法方便收集该院2014年6月一2015年6月在该院诊断为过敏性鼻炎合并过敏性结膜炎，并行双侧下鼻甲等离子低温消融术的患者42例，分为手术治疗组，收集该院2014年6月一2015年6月在该院诊断为过敏性结膜炎并合并过敏性鼻炎的患者48例，分为药物治疗组(U服盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊及外用氮卓斯汀滴眼液，治疗2周)，观察两组患者幵始治疗1周、2周、1个月、3个月及6个月后的眼部症状变化。结果2组的一般资料及治疗前的症状评分(

2、3.03±1.26)分、(3.62±1.12)分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗1周(2.16±0.92)分、2周(1.91±0.78)分、1个月后(1.57±0.24)分、3个月(1.02±1.08)分、6个月后(1.03±0.92)分同药物治疗组的(1.28±0.86)分、(1.12±0.27)分、(1.57±0.24)分、(1.02±1.08)分、(2.83±0.96)分，组间检验后差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论下鼻甲低温等离子消融术治疗过敏性鼻结膜炎有效且疗效持久。，供学习和研宄使用，版权和
