3、reducedsafetyagainstcollapseowingtosnowandgreatersafetyagainstcollapseowingtowindactionsthantheregulationsnowdemand.Theinvestigationindicatestoolowreliabilityforaconsiderablenumberofbuildingsaccordingtocurrentbuildingregulationswhenevaluatingthepossibleconsequencesoftheconclusionsinan

4、ationalperspective.Scenariosforfutureclimatechangeindicatebothincreasedwinterprecipitationandincreasedtemperatures,andthuschangingthesnowloadsonroofs.Windscenariosforthedecadestocomeindicateanincreaseinfrequenciesofstrongwindsinareasalsoexposedtoday.Thus,thefuturereliabilityofthebuild
