2、investigatetowhatextentexistingbuildingsmeetcurrentregulatoryrequirementsrelatingtosafetyagainstcollapseowingtosnowloadsorwindactions.Eighteenbuildingshaveautilizationratioofmorethan1.0undercurrentregulations.Thenewdesignruleshaveledtomostofthebuildingsinvestigatedhavingreducedsafetyagainstcollapse
3、owingtosnowandgreatersafetyagainstcollapseowingtowindactionsthantheregulationsnowdemand.Theinvestigationindicatestoolowreliabilityforaconsiderablenumberofbuildingsaccordingtocurrentbuildingregulationswhenevaluatingthepossibleconsequencesoftheconclusionsinanationalperspective.Scenariosforfutureclima
4、techangeindicatebothincreasedwinterprecipitationandincreasedtemperatures,andthuschangingthesnowloadsonroofs.Windscenariosforthedecadestocomeindicateanincreaseinfrequenciesofstrongwindsinareasalsoexposedtoday.Thus,thefuturereliabilityofthebuildingsintheseareascoulddecrease.CEDatabasesubjectheadings:
