1、18F-FDGPET/CT图像纹理分析在肺部肿块诊断中的临床价值麵汪秀玲奎鯉侯先存周青MS医院影像科摘要:目的探讨l8F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖r(18)F-FDG)正电子发射断层显像术(PET)图像纹理特征参数(熵)对肺部肿块诊断的临床价值。方法搜集2014年1月至2015年12月在本院就诊的120例肺部肿块病变资料,进行冋顾性研宄,分析PET纹理特征参数(嫡)对肺部肿块良恶性鉴别诊断的临床价值,并与最大标准摄取值(SUV_)诊断肺部肿块恶性病变的灵敏度、特异度和准确度相比较。结果18E-EDGPET纹理特征参数熵诊断肺部肿块恶性病变的受
2、试者工作特征(R0C)曲线下面积为0.713,有一定的诊断价值,当熵=5.6时,其诊断肺癌的灵敏度74.44%、特异度73.33%,准确度74.17%。SUVmax诊断肺部肿块恶性病变的R0C曲线下面积为0.802,有较高的诊断价值。当SUVmax=5.5时,灵敏度80.0%,特异度70.0%,准确性77.50%。纹理特征参数熵联合SUVmax诊断肺部肿块恶性病变的灵敏度为92.22%、特异性为60.0%,准确性84.17%。结论l8F~FDGPET图像纹理特征参数熵对肺部肿块良恶性鉴别诊断有一定价值,与SUVmax联合应用可提高肺
