1、No.62015林业经济FORESTRYECONOMICS·重点工程·新一轮退耕还林工程农户响应意愿影响因素研究121张朝辉耿玉德张静（1石河子大学经济与管理学院石河子832000；2东北林业大学经济管理学院哈尔滨150040）摘要：基于TAM模型与感知风险理论，将退耕还林工程视为政策性产品，建立新一轮退耕还林工程农户响应意愿的结构方程模型，探讨新背景下农户退耕响应意愿的影响因素。结果表明：第一，农户对新一轮退耕还林工程的有用性感知、易行性感知、风险感知将影响其退耕响应态度，进而影响其退耕响应意愿；

2、第二，提升农户家庭收入、获取非农就业收入等有用性感知因子，退耕农户的示范作用、新一轮工程政策的操作性、林业多种经营的可行性等易行性感知因子，新一轮工程政策与非农就业渠道的稳定性风险、生态补偿政策的落实风险、小规模林业经营的技术风险等风险感知因子，是新一轮退耕还林工程农户响应意愿生成的重要影响因素。关键词：退耕还林；响应意愿；有用性感知；易行性感知；风险感知中图分类号：F326.24文献标识码：A文章编号：1673-338X（2015）06-0035-05DOI:10.13843/j.cnki.lyj
