6、nesindroughtGresistanceweedyriceHEB07G2(Oryzasativaf.spontanea)andupGlandriceIAPAR9(Oryzasativa)wereanalyzedunderpolyethyleneglycol(PEG)GsimulatedwithdroughtstressconditionwithAffymetrixGeneChipricegenomearray.Theresultsindicatedthattheextentanddirectio
7、noftranscriptomeresponseofHEB07G2andIAPAR9todroughtdifferedgreatly.ForHEB07G2,among6878expressedgenes,4693wereupGregulatedand2185weredownGregulatedunderdroughtcondition.ForIAPAR9,among2923expressedgenes,983wereupGregulatedand1940weredownGregulated.Analy
