1、中南大学硕士学位论文思达软件公司隐性知识管理策略研究姓名：杨楚欣申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理指导教师：龚艳萍20070501摘要随着经济全球化的进一步发展和竞争形势的日益加剧，企业将知识管理视为获取和保持竞争优势的核心措施。隐性知识管理作为知识管理的核心，引起学术界和企业界的极大的兴趣和重视。面对激烈的竞争环境，以隐性知识为核心竞争力的软件企业，实施隐性知识管理对于企业的生存和发展中有着举足轻重的作用。本文从理论到实践对软件企业隐性知识管理策略进行了探索性研究，希望能够为企业的隐性知识管理的实践尽绵薄之力。本文首先阐述了国内外隐性知识管理的相关文献，并对有关理论和国内外优秀

2、企业隐性知识管理实践进行了详细的分析。结合思达软件公司的组织结构、员工状况和软件项目管理的现状等背景资料的介绍，并通过调查问卷和员工访谈，了解思达公司隐性知识管理的现状，并对公司隐性知识管理存在的问题进行深入的剖析，分析了该公司进行隐性知识管理的必要性和可行性。构建了实施隐性知识管理的框架，并从隐性知识的整合、共享、沟通、学习、项目研发管理和激励方面提出了具体的实施策略。关键词隐性知识，隐性知识管理，软件公司，策略ABSTRACTWiththefurtherdevelopmentofeconomicglobalizationandincreasingfiercecompetit
