1、中南大学硕士学位论文思达软件公司隐性知识管理策略研究姓名：杨楚欣申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理指导教师：龚艳萍20070501摘要随着经济全球化的进一步发展和竞争形势的日益加剧，企业将知识管理视为获取和保持竞争优势的核心措施。隐性知识管理作为知识管理的核心，引起学术界和企业界的极大的兴趣和重视。面对激烈的竞争环境，以隐性知识为核心竞争力的软件企业，实施隐性知识管理对于企业的生存和发展中有着举足轻重的作用。本文从理论到实践对软件企业隐性知识管理策略进行了探索性研究，希望能够为企业的隐性知识管理的实践尽绵薄之力。本文首先阐

2、述了国内外隐性知识管理的相关文献，并对有关理论和国内外优秀企业隐性知识管理实践进行了详细的分析。结合思达软件公司的组织结构、员工状况和软件项目管理的现状等背景资料的介绍，并通过调查问卷和员工访谈，了解思达公司隐性知识管理的现状，并对公司隐性知识管理存在的问题进行深入的剖析，分析了该公司进行隐性知识管理的必要性和可行性。构建了实施隐性知识管理的框架，并从隐性知识的整合、共享、沟通、学习、项目研发管理和激励方面提出了具体的实施策略。关键词隐性知识，隐性知识管理，软件公司，策略ABSTRACTWiththefurtherdev
