1、频发室早射频消融治疗的护理体会摘要：目的总结对频发室早射频消融术患者的围手术期护理，早期发现并发症及时给予相应的处理，提高护理质量。方法对15例均无器质性病变的右室流出道频发室早，有不适感患者行术前指导，术中护理，术后行心电监测，穿刺肢体护理等。结果15例手术均获成功，有1例术后3h出现偶发室早，第2d后恢复，再未复发。其余均无复发，未发生感染，心脏压塞等并发症。结论对射频消融术治疗的患者术前教育，心理护理，术前指导，术中术后的认真护理都能有效保证手术的成功及减少并发症的发生，因此认真细致做好护理工作对手术的成功有很大帮助，保证手术的顺利进行及成功
