6、pecificallyTMTmodesty.Thoughmodestydeviatesfromtheconventionalviewofexecutives,evidencefromsocialpsychologysuggeststhatmodestypositivelyimpactscareersuccessandupwardmobility,suggestingthatatleastsomeindividualsthatrisetotheleveloftheTMTaremoremodestthanpreviouslyexpected.Buildingonthisi
