3、zethatproceduralfairnessimprovescooperationresultsthroughenhancingrelationalvalueandcurtailingrelationalriskinanenvironmentcharacterizedbybotheconomicandsocialexchange.Ourpathanalysissuggeststhatproceduralfairnesshasadirecteffectonoperationaloutcome,butanindirecteffectonfin
