3、-termstrategicpartnership.Inordertofully exertPartyB’sresourcesadvantagesinIndonesiaandexpandParty A’sconstructionprojects,trade,investment,andotherrelatedbusinesses in Indonesia, BothPartieshavesignedastrategiccooperationagreementandherebyagreetoabidebyit. I.GeneralProvisions1.
4、1. Onthebasisofmutualbenefit,BothPartiesagreetoformalong-termstrategicpartnershipinordertofullyexertPartyA’sstrengthsinleadingthe“gointernational”platformforChongqingenterprisesandPartyB’sresourcesadvantagesinIndonesia,topromotePartyA’sinvestment,trade,constructionprojects,andot
5、herareasofeconomicandtechnicalcooperation in Indonesia,andtofurtherenhancePartyA’smarketdevelopmentcapabilitiesinlinewithChongqing’s“gointernational”economicdevelopmentstrategy.1.2. ThisCooperationAgreementisaframeworkdocumentwhichoutlinestherightsandobligationsofBothPartiesinpr
6、inciple.AspecificbusinessagreementandcontractsignedbyBothPartiesshallbeestablishedinaccordancewiththeprinciplesofthisAgreement.1.3.SpecificbusinessundertheframeworkofthisCooperationAgreementshallbesetinaseparateindividualcontract. IfthereisanyinconsistenciesbetweenthisAgreementa
