5、rformallearningbehaviors.Theeffectoffor-InterorganizationallearningInformallearningbehaviorsmalbehaviorsonbothlearningoutcomeandinformalbehaviors,whilepositive,diminishesFormallearningbehaviorsathigherlevels.ThisleadsustoconcludethatalthoughbothinformalandformallearningBounda
