4、甲方茲任命乙方為代理商，於其代理區域(詳見第四條)內負責處理客人請購的產品(詳見第三條)，而乙方對此協議無任何異議。Article3:Commodity第三條：代理商品ABCHomemadeProducts(includeBBQGrill,GasRange,FireStarter,andLighter……)ABC產品Article4:Territory第四條：代理區域Inonly.僅限____________地區。Article5:Solicitorder第五條：請購訂單1).PartyBshallunder
5、taketosolicitordersfortheabovecommodityfromcustomersintheaboveterritoryduringtheeffectiveperiodofthisagreement.於此合約有效期限內，乙方應處理代理區域內客人的請購事宜。2).PartyBundertakestoordertheabovecommoditytoresell,notlessthanUSD10,000.00in30dayswhensignedthisagreement.協議規定乙方按月應向甲

7、r.乙方與客人(買方)協商後之交易金額，每筆需得到甲方的同意方可成交，乙方或由買方直接付款即可。Article7:AgencyRight第七條：代理權限InconsiderationoftheAgencyrightsgrantedherein,PartyBcanactaspartyA'srepresentativetosolicitorder;PartyAshallnot,directlyorindirectly,sellthecommoditystipulatedinArticle4tocustomerst
