4、uchlargerrangeofpotentialmodelstructurecouldbeinvestigatedmorequickly.Geneticprogramming(GP)isanoptimizationmethodwhichcanbeusedtooptimizethenonlinearstructureofadynamicsystembyautomaticallyselectingmodelstructureelementsfromadatabaseandcombiningthemoptimallytofo

5、rmacompletemathematicalmodel.Geneticprogrammingworksbyemulatingnaturalevolutiontogenerateamodelstructurethatmaximizes(orminimizes)someobjectivefunctioninvolvinganappropriatemeasureofthelevelofagreementbetweenthemodelandsystemresponse.Apopulationofmodelstructurese
