1、英文申请书撰写指南Instructionsforcompleting"PartA"oftheproposalProposalsinthiscallmustbesubmittedelectronically,usingtheCommission’sElectronicProposalSubmissionSystem(EPSS).InPartAyouwillbeaskedforcertainadministrativedetailsthatwillbeusedintheevaluationandfurth

2、erprocessingofyourproposal.PartAformsanintegralpartofyourproposal.DetailsoftheworkyouintendtocarryoutwillbedescribedinPartB(annex4).SectionA1givesasnapshotofyourproposal,sectionA2concernsyouandyourorganisation,whilesectionA3dealswithmoneymatters.Pleasen

3、ote:·TheEuropeancoordinatorfillsinsectionsA1andA3.·Theparticipantsalreadyidentifiedatthetimeofproposalsubmission(includingthecoordinator)eachfillintheirrespectivesectionA2.·ParticipantsintheChineseproposalshallnotbeincludedinsectionsA2andA3.·Subcontract

4、orsshallnotfillinsectionA2andshouldnotbelistedseparatelyinsectionA3.·Theestimatedbudgetplannedforanyfutureparticipants(notyetidentifiedatthetimeoftheproposal)isnotshownseparatelyinformA3butshouldbeaddedtothecoordinator’sbudget.Theirrole,profileandtasksa

5、redescribedinPartBoftheproposal.CheckthatyourbudgetfiguresarecorrectlyenteredinPartA.Makesurethat:·OnlythebudgetproposedbytheEuropeanconsortiumisenteredinPartA.·Numbersarealwaysroundedtothenearestwholenumber.·AllcostsaregiveninEuros.Donotexpressyourcost
