1、英文申请书撰写指南Instructionsforcompleting"PartA"oftheproposalProposalsinthiscallmustbesubmittedelectronically,usingtheCommission’sElectronicProposalSubmissionSystem(EPSS).InPartAyouwillbeaskedforcertainadministrativedetailsthatwillbeusedintheevaluationandfurtherprocessingofyourproposal.PartAformsaninte

2、gralpartofyourproposal.DetailsoftheworkyouintendtocarryoutwillbedescribedinPartB(annex4).SectionA1givesasnapshotofyourproposal,sectionA2concernsyouandyourorganisation,whilesectionA3dealswithmoneymatters.Pleasenote:·TheEuropeancoordinatorfillsinsectionsA1andA3.·Theparticipantsalreadyidentifiedatt

3、hetimeofproposalsubmission(includingthecoordinator)eachfillintheirrespectivesectionA2.·ParticipantsintheChineseproposalshallnotbeincludedinsectionsA2andA3.·SubcontractorsshallnotfillinsectionA2andshouldnotbelistedseparatelyinsectionA3.·Theestimatedbudgetplannedforanyfutureparticipants(notyetiden

4、tifiedatthetimeoftheproposal)isnotshownseparatelyinformA3butshouldbeaddedtothecoordinator’sbudget.Theirrole,profileandtasksaredescribedinPartBoftheproposal.CheckthatyourbudgetfiguresarecorrectlyenteredinPartA.Makesurethat:·OnlythebudgetproposedbytheEuropeanconsortiumisenteredinPartA.·Numbersarea

5、lwaysroundedtothenearestwholenumber.·AllcostsaregiveninEuros.DonotexpressyourcostsinthousandsofEuros("KEUROS")etc.Thiscanaffectdecisionsontheeligibilityofyourproposal.·Youhaveinsertedzeros("0")iftherearenocosts,orifnofundingisrequested.Donotleaveblanks.·Costsdonotincludevalueaddedtax.Note:Thefol
