1、英文申请书撰写指南Instructionsforcompleting"PartA"oftheproposalProposalsinthiscallmustbesubmittedelectronically,usingtheCommission’sElectronicProposalSubmissionSystem(EPSS).InPartAyouwillbeaskedforcertainadministrativedetailsthatwillbeusedintheevaluationandfurtherprocessingofyourproposal.PartAformsanin

2、tegralpartofyourproposal.DetailsoftheworkyouintendtocarryoutwillbedescribedinPartB(annex4).SectionA1givesasnapshotofyourproposal,sectionA2concernsyouandyourorganisation,whilesectionA3dealswithmoneymatters.Pleasenote:·TheEuropeancoordinatorfillsinsectionsA1andA3.·Theparticipantsalreadyidentifie

3、datthetimeofproposalsubmission(includingthecoordinator)eachfillintheirrespectivesectionA2.·ParticipantsintheChineseproposalshallnotbeincludedinsectionsA2andA3.·SubcontractorsshallnotfillinsectionA2andshouldnotbelistedseparatelyinsectionA3.·Theestimatedbudgetplannedforanyfutureparticipants(noty

4、etidentifiedatthetimeoftheproposal)isnotshownseparatelyinformA3butshouldbeaddedtothecoordinator’sbudget.Theirrole,profileandtasksaredescribedinPartBoftheproposal.CheckthatyourbudgetfiguresarecorrectlyenteredinPartA.Makesurethat:·OnlythebudgetproposedbytheEuropeanconsortiumisenteredinPartA.·Num
