1、英文申请书撰写指南Instructionsforcompleting"PartA"oftheproposalProposalsinthiscallmustbesubmittedelectronically,usingtheCommission’sElectronicProposalSubmissionSystem(EPSS).InPartAyouwillbeaskedforcertainadministrativedetailsthatwillbeusedintheevaluationandfurtherprocessingofyourpropos

2、al.PartAformsanintegralpartofyourproposal.DetailsoftheworkyouintendtocarryoutwillbedescribedinPartB(annex4).SectionA1givesasnapshotofyourproposal,sectionA2concernsyouandyourorganisation,whilesectionA3dealswithmoneymatters.Pleasenote:·TheEuropeancoordinatorfillsinsectionsA1andA

3、3.·Theparticipantsalreadyidentifiedatthetimeofproposalsubmission(includingthecoordinator)eachfillintheirrespectivesectionA2.·ParticipantsintheChineseproposalshallnotbeincludedinsectionsA2andA3.·SubcontractorsshallnotfillinsectionA2andshouldnotbelistedseparatelyinsectionA3.·The
