5、heMine-BanConventioninMarch1999areafewofthemilestoneswhichmeritspecialmention.Theoverwhelmingcommitmentoftheinternationalcommunitytowardsthegoalofthecompleteeradicationofthescourgeofland-minesandthefullimplementationoftheConventionisevidentheretoday.　　Governmentsandthepubl
