1、低位小切口切除术与传统手术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床效果对比分析【摘要】目的：对比分析低位小切曰切除术与传统手术治疗甲状腺瘤的效果。方法：选取2012年10月-2015年7月来本院治疗的甲状腺瘤患者143例，将其按照随机数字表法分为两组，观察组71例，采用低位小切口切除术治疗，对照组72例，采用传统手术方法治疗，比较两组手术情况、疼痛程度及切口美容评分、并发症发生情况。结果：观察组术中出血量明显少于与对•照组，手术切口长度及住院时间明显较短，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)；观察组术后6、24hVAS评分均明显低于对照组，切口美容评分明显较高，两组比较差异均有统计学
2、意义(P<0.05)o观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：甲状腺瘤患者采用低位小切口切除术治疗效果显著，对患者造成的创伤小，出血量少，减轻患者的疼痛感，缩短了住院时间，安全性高，且有史好的切口美容效果，患者更易于接受，建议在临床推广应用。【关键词】甲状腺瘤；小切口；切除术；传统手术；低位TheClinicalEffectofThyroidTumorsPatientsTreatedwithLowSmallIncisionSurgeryandTraditionalSurgery/ZHANGLiang.//MedicalIn
