1、［经典］黄黄健中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的疗效观察黄茂健中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的疗效观察【摘要】目的观察黄芷健中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法将86例胃溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。对照组口服奥美拉哇胶囊和卡拉霉素，治疗组口服黄茂健中汤。两组均以8周为1疗程。结果8周后复查胃镜，治疗组溃疡愈合率93.0%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,两组愈合病例1年后复发率治疗组为5.7%,对照组为17.8%,治疗组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),两组均无严重不良反应，不良反应发生率相当，差异无
