2、面部色素型基底细胞癌的灵敏度和特异度及与病理诊断的一致性。结果48例患者中36例经组织病理学诊断为色素型基底细胞癌，医师A皮肤镜诊断为色素型基底细胞癌的34例，非色素型基底细胞癌14例：医师B皮肤镜诊断为色素型基底细胞癌的38例，非色素型基底细胞癌10例。与组织病理诊断比较，两名医师皮肤镜诊断头面部色素型基底细胞癌的正确率、灵敏度、特异度、误诊率、漏诊率、Youden指数、Kappa值分别是91．67％、91．67％、91．67％、8．33％、8．33％、83．34％、0．7895和91．67％、97_22％、75％、25％、2．78％、66．22％、0．7648
