2、心病的诊断标准。结果：冠心病组QT问期离散度平板运动试验前、后与平板运动试验中比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，平板运动试验前与平板运动试验后比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；非冠心病组平板运动试验前、中、后QT间期离散度差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。QT间期离散度>150ms诊断冠心病的灵敏度为88：89％，特异度为92．59％。结论：平板运动试验时QT间期离散度I>50ms作为冠心病的诊断标准具有重要的临床价值。关键词：平板运动试验；QT间期离散度；冠心病中图分类号：R541．4文献标志码：A文章编号：1001—5779
