1、国际检验医学杂志2012年9月第33卷第17期IntJLabMed,September2012,Voi.33,No.17·2067··临床检验研究论著·抗CCP抗体、RF、CRP、ESR在类风湿关节炎诊断中的应用价值王希平,梁顺容,叶丽燕,闫小梅(广东省江门市五邑中医院检验科,广东江门529000)摘要:目的探讨抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)在类风湿关节炎(RA)诊断中的意义。方法选择RA患者42例(RA组),非RA疾病患者34例(非RA组),健康对照组21例,分别采用微粒子酶免疫分析法(MEIA)检测抗CCP抗体,用速率散射比浊
2、法检测RF、CRP,采用Westergren法检测ESR。比较各组之间RF、抗CCP抗体有无显著性差异,同时对RA组抗CCP抗体、RF、ESR、CRP的相关性进行分析。结果抗CCP抗体对RA的敏感度为76.2(32/42),特异度为98.2(54/55);RF对RA的敏感度为81.0(34/42),特异度为90.9(50/55);抗CCP抗体与CRP、ESR均无相关性(P>0.05),RF与CRP、ESR均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论抗CCP抗体的敏感度较RF低,但特异度比RF高;与CRP、ESR无相关性。关键词:关节炎,类风湿;抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体;类风湿因子;C反应蛋白质;血沉DOI:10
