2、法检测RF、CRP，采用Westergren法检测ESR。比较各组之间RF、抗CCP抗体有无显著性差异，同时对RA组抗CCP抗体、RF、ESR、CRP的相关性进行分析。结果抗CCP抗体对RA的敏感度为76．2(32／42)，特异度为98．2(54／55)；RF对RA的敏感度为81．0(34／42)，特异度为90．9(50／55)；抗CCP抗体与CRP、ESR均无相关性(P>0．05)，RF与CRP、ESR均无相关性(P>0．05)。结论抗CCP抗体的敏感度较RF低，但特异度比RF高；与CRP、ESR无相关性。关键词：关节炎，类风湿；抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体；类风湿因子；C反应蛋白质；血沉DOI：10
