3、105002.中国石油西南油气田分公司,四川成都610051摘要:天然气压缩机运行到全寿命周期的后期及超期服役的压缩机组在运行过程中均存在一定的安全隐患,天然气压缩机的寿命评价对油气田管理和使用者来说至关重要。针对天然气压缩机安全寿命评价问题,展开了机组整体性评价与部件权重的研究,从压缩机组各部件安全性评价出发确定机组整体评价指标体系,用层次分析法确定各部件在机组中所占权重,针对安全性指标和经济性指标分别确定其高阶判断矩阵,利用Matlab软件计算得出判断矩阵特征向量和最大特征值,并进行单层次一致性检验和总层次一致性分析,
4、通过多次调整判断矩阵使其满足单层次一致性和总层次一致性,最后确定出压缩机各部件的权重因子,为压缩机关键部件的寿命评估提供理论依据,并在日后机组管理及维护过程中对权重较高的部件进行重点管理及保养。关键词:层次分析法;天然气压缩机;安全评价;权重因子;一致性检验ComponentWeightFactorDeterminationoftheNatureGasCompressorIntegrityAssessmentBasedonAHPLiangZheng,DongChaoqun,TianJialin,YuDujun,MaKedu
