1、876中华麻醉学杂志2014年々月第34卷第7期ChinJAnesthesiol,July2014,Vo1.34,No.7.·重症医学·苦碟子对力竭运动致大鼠心肌损伤时线粒体转录因子A表达的影响韩霜何锟赵亚冬容俊芳【摘要】目的评价苦碟子对力竭运动致大鼠心肌损伤时线粒体转录因子A(mtTFA)表达的影响。方法健康雄性Wistar大鼠4O只,体重200~220g,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(c组,=8)、力竭运动组(Es组,n=16)和苦碟子组(Is组,n=16)。采用游泳力竭法建立力竭运动致大鼠心肌损伤模型。Is组于腹腔注射苦碟子注射液20g/kg后行力竭运动。Es组
2、及Is组于力竭后6和24h时分别随机取8只大鼠,采集下腔静脉血样后摘取心脏,采用ELISA法检测血清eTnI浓度,采用Westernblot法检测心肌mtTFA蛋白表达。结果与c组比较,Es组及Is组力竭后6和24h时血清cTnI浓度升高,心肌mtTFA蛋白表达下调(P<0.05);与Es组比较,Is组力竭后6和24h时血清cTnI浓度降低,心肌mtTFA蛋白表达上调(P<0.05)。结论苦碟子可通过上调心肌mtTFA蛋白表达减轻力竭运动致大鼠心肌损伤。【关键词】菊科;运动过度;心肌疾病;线粒体;转录因子Effectofixerissonchifoliaonmito
