1、湖南师范大学硕士学位论文急性力竭运动对大鼠肝细胞损伤及凋亡的影响姓名:李善妮申请学位级别:硕士专业:运动人体科学指导教师:瞿树林;汤长发20050501摘要有磺究已经证硬在发育、稳态、痰瘫和运动等生理病理过程中,肝细胞会发生凋亡。本研究试图通过不同强度力竭运动对大鼠肝细胞损伤及凋亡的影璃,以及氧自赉基帮线粒体摄取Ca2+在肝细胞损伤及凋亡中所起的作用,以探寻力竭运动导致艇细胞损伤及獭亡的楗关幸盎。研究方法:残年雄髌SD大鬣30只隧梳分为对照缀(C,n=10)、中等强度运动组(ME,n=10)和大强度运动组(HE,n=10)。ME组逾台速度为19.3m·min‘(相当
2、于76%怕2。。),运动至力竭,HE组跑台速度为26.8m·rain以(福当予92.3%%2一),运动至力鳎。对照组和力竭运动组大鼠分别予安静状态秘运动感郢刻断头处死,颈部敬盘3ml,稍备赢清,取丈鼠瓣缨胞剜餐电镜梭测标零、蠢蜡甥片、组织甸浆液稻线粒体匀浆液。测定敷清、组织匀浆的SOD活性和凇A、GSH含量以及线粒体中懿ca2+#量。番蜡切片进行TUNEL标记鼯在毙镇下溅寨凋亡翳纲臆核。魄镜下观察瓣细胞核的怒镦结构变忧。研究结果:(1)对照组的嚣千纲胞中梭测翻少量TUNEL阳性细胞援,ME组魄现凋亡细胞核,凋亡携数为33。40皇8.38%;HE缝出现凋亡细胞核,凋亡
