7、社会环境相协调。因此，项目背景与概况应包括以下基本内容。①项目背景综述，包括拟建项目所在地区房地产业发展的大趋势，社会经济发展的主趋势，拟建项目与城市规划及城市发展走向是否相适应，开发企业与政府部门、社会团体的关系是否有利于项目开发建设，，拟建项目周围工业、商业、文化、教育、卫生等相关行业的发展现状与趋势。②项目名称、投资商名称、开发商名称。③项目的地理位置，包括项目所在城市、区、街道、编号，项目周围原有建筑物等情况。④项目的性质与主要特点。⑤项目开发对经济社会发展的影响，即项目开发的社会、经济、生态意义。⑥可行性研
