2、、顶板、底板以及背根神经节区域表达，E8~E10时期，其mRNA信号主要在灰质区和背根神经节；在E3~E5时期，钙黏蛋白6主要在生皮节、顶板和底板表达，之后在顶板和底板的表达均减弱，主要在侧运动柱表达；E3~E6时期，钙黏蛋白7主要在生皮节、底板、基板背部、运动柱、背根和腹根强烈表达，E8之后其表达主要集中在灰质区和腹根。结论：神经钙黏蛋白、钙黏蛋白6与钙黏蛋白7不同的表达模式预示着它们在脊髓及其周围组织发育过程中扮演不同角色。关键词神经钙黏蛋白；钙黏蛋白6；钙黏蛋白7；原位杂交；表达模式Expressionpatternsofthreeclassicalcadherinsinthesp
