3、edonthepositionandfunctionoftheoriginalauthor,thetargetreaderandthetext，thetranslatorisunanimouslyrecognized够theabsolutesubjectinthetranslationactivitywiththecentralpositionandrole．Therefore，thestudyonthesubjectivityintranslationactivitiesinthisthesiswillfallOilthesubject

4、ivityofthetranslator,includingboththesubjectiveinitiativeaspectandthepassiveaspectinthetranslationprocess．Skopostheorie，whichisbroughtupbyHansJ．Vermeer,holdsthatalltranslationshouldfollowthreeprinciples：skoposrule，intratextualcoherenceandintertextualcoherence．Thetop-ranki

5、ngskoposrulemeansthatthetranslation“skopos”(purpose)determinesthetranslationactions，i．e．thetranslatorisallowedtochoosewhatevermethodshe／shethinksappropriateforservingthetranslation‘‘skopos"．Later,NordaddstheloyaltyruleinherSkopos—plus—Loyaltymodel鹤asupplementtoSkopostheor

6、ie．Thisruleasksthetranslatortocommithis／herloyaltyandresponsibilitytootherparticipantsinthetranslationactivitytopreventthetranslator’Spowerentitledbytheskoposrulefrombeingabused．Skopostheoriefleesthetranslatorfromtheshacklesofthesourcetextandputsareasonablerestrictiononhi
