1、中华现代护理学杂志JournalofChineseModernNursing2007年第4卷第19期·1729··论著·新生儿疾病筛查中采血部位及方法的临床观察张明英,吴慧群,余春华[摘要]目的观察新生儿疾病筛查中不同采血部位的效果及血标本的质量;探讨最佳采血部位,提高采血质量;减轻新生儿疼痛。方法将802例新生儿按单日、双日出生分成两组。观察组(定位法组)采血部位在足底定位,位置为新生儿左或右足内、外踝连线与足底中线之交叉点下012cm再向外旁开012~013cm处;对照组(不定位法组)选择足跟底部内侧或外侧,无具体定位。在观察组中随意分为两组:第一组(220例)用塑柄方型针采血,第二组
2、(200例)用三棱针采血,均为足底定位法2采血。结果观察组采血,一次性成功率明显高于对照组,标本合格率也明显高于对照组。经卡方检验,均为χ=32153,P<0101。两种不同的采血针头采血对比:第一组新生儿啼哭持续时间明显短于第二组,经T检验,t=5127,P<0101。结论应用足底定位采血,可以提高采血的一次性成功率及一次性标本合格率,减少新生儿足底水肿及瘀斑;采用塑柄方型针采血可减轻新生儿的疼痛,缩短新生儿啼哭时间。[关键词]新生儿疾病筛查;采血部位;塑柄方型针[中图分类号]R472[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1681-5122(2007)19-1729-03Theclinicalob
