2、4文献标识码：A文章编号：1674-7860（2014）24-0050-02证型：BGA【摘要】目的：探讨心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者应用阿托伐他汀治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的72例心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组（n=36）和对照组（n=36），两组患者均在接受常规治疗的同时加用阿托伐他汀，对照组剂量为20mg/d，实验组剂量为40mg/d，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：实验组治疗后的NT-proBNP水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗前的LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD水平比

3、较，无显著性差异（P>0.05）；实验组治疗后的LVEDD、LVESD水平显著低于对照组，LVEF水平显著高于对照组，P<0.05；实验组治疗后的6分钟步行距离明显高于对照组，P<0.05，差异均具有统计学意义。结论：在心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者的临床治疗中，加用阿托伐他汀可有效改善患者心功能，减轻心室重构，40mg/d的给药剂量疗效更佳，值得推广应用。【关键词】阿托伐他汀；无症状心力衰竭；心肌梗死；心室重构【Abstract】Objective:Toinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyofat
