1、ShanghaiMedJ,2014,Vo1.37,No.8·678·●基础与危重医学●SalvinorinA对全脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马内皮生长因子表达和脑损伤的影响王震虹忻纪华王祥瑞【摘要】目的观察SalvinorinA(SA)对大鼠全脑缺血再灌注(I/R)后海马内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达和脑细胞损伤的影响及其机制。方法成年健康雄性Sprague_Dawley(SD)大鼠4O只,体重300~350g,随机均分为4组:假手术组、I/R组、SA组和Norbin(阿片受体拮抗剂)+SA组。I/R后6h行免疫组织化学检查分析海马CA1、CA3区
