2、术检测蜕膜组织和外周血CD3和CD4T细胞中ICOS的表达；Real—TimePCR检测蜕膜组织中ICOSmRNA的表达情况。结果URSA组蜕膜组织中ICOSCD3T淋巴细胞亚群所占百分比为(0．612±0．693)％，显著高于正常对照组的(0．0564-0．103)％，差异有统计学意义(P<0．001)。URSA组外周血ICOSCD4T淋巴细胞亚群所占百分比为(1．9434-0．762)％，显著高于正常对照组的(0．221±0．127)％，差异有统计学意义(P<0．001)。URSA组蜕膜组织中ICOSmRNA的相对表达量较正常对照组显著升高[(9．875±1．464
