2、ofTraditionalChineseMedicine,Hangzhou310053,China【摘要】目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激(TranscutaneousElectricalAcupointStimulation,TEAS)对运动性疲劳大鼠的影响。方法:采用递增负荷跑台法建立大鼠慢性运动性疲劳模型,第6星期开始,分别在运动后即刻和3h后进行TEAS治疗。治疗2星期后,HE染色观察大鼠海马、下丘脑组织形态学变化,免疫组化法观察海马、下丘脑5一羟色胺(5一hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)的表达。结果
3、:TEAS可以明显减轻运动引起的大鼠海马、下丘脑组织形态损伤,降低大鼠海马、下丘脑5-HT表达,运动后即刻治疗和3h后治疗的两组间无统计学差异。结论:TEAS有促进疲劳恢复,提高运动能力的作用。TEAS改善大鼠的运动性疲劳状态与降低中枢5一HT表达、减少神经细胞损伤有关。【关键词】穴位疗法;肌肉疲劳:5一羟色胺:海马;下丘脑:大鼠【中图分类号】R2—03【文献标志码】A【Abstract】objective:Toobservetheeffectoftranscutaneouselectricalacupointst
