1、·540·中草焉ChineseTraditionalandHerbalDrugs第43卷第3期2012年3月罗布麻叶总黄酮对高脂高盐大鼠高血压的影响及其分子机制李芝1,2王超云,张树平,王军莲,张小敏,贺倩倩1.滨州医学院药学院,山东烟台2640032.浙江大学医学院,浙江杭州310031摘要:目的观察罗布麻叶总黄酮的降压作用,探讨其作用机制。方法50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组,模型组,罗布麻叶总黄酮高、低剂量(32、8mg/kg)组和罗布麻降压片(0.4g/kg)阳性对照组。除对照组外,其他各组在喂饲高脂高盐饲料诱导大鼠高血压模型的同时,每天ig给予不同剂量的药物,并运
2、用无创血压测量仪监测大鼠血压的变化。造模6周后,利用免疫组化法检测血管组织转化生长因子.131(TGF。131)蛋白表达,Westernblotting法检测C一反应蛋白(CRP)表达,分光光度法检测血清中高密度脂蟹白.胆固醇(HDL.C)、低密度脂蛋白.胆尉醇(LDL—C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平。结果高脂高盐饲料能显著升高大鼠血压,改变血管组织中CRP、TGF.131的表达。与模型组比较,罗布麻叶总黄酮在高剂量时能降低血压,抑制血管组织中CRP、TGF.131的表达,提高血清中HDL-C的水平,降低LDL-C、TC、TG的水平。结论罗布麻叶总黄酮具有显著
