1、兰州医学院硕士学位论文麻黄对高脂饲料肥胖大鼠的影响姓名:杜建海申请学位级别:硕士专业:生理学指导教师:瞿颂义;郑天珍2003.5.1麻黄对高脂饲料肥胖大鼠的影响摘要肥胖症病因复杂,危害严重,发病率逐年上升,其机制及治疗亟需研究。从麻黄中药中提取的麻黄素作为减瓤瓣勋剂在美国的每年销售额达30亿美元,国内用于临床减肥的中药制剂中也常常含有麻黄生药,但关于麻黄生药减肥的动物实验国内、外尚无报道;限食是减肥的较常用方法之一,我们实验中也观察了限食对高脂饲料肥胖大鼠的影响。本实验利用高脂饲料,制备肥胖大鼠模型,并
2、观察饮用麻黄水煎剂和限食对大鼠高脂饲料性肥胖的影响,并初步探讨其作用机理。为以后开发中药减肥饮料提供理论依据。实验选用SD大鼠,随机分为4组:(1)正常对照组,(2)高脂组,(3)麻黄组,(4)限食组,每组12只。对照组给予基础饲料,其余各组每日给予高脂饲料,麻黄水煎剂加入麻黄组饮水瓶中,限食组给予高脂组摄食量的6096,各组饮水不限,连续喂养7周。每日定时测量各组大鼠摄水、摄食量,每周定时称体重一次,1在第7周末,大鼠称体重并禁食12小时后取血,测定血清中葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(
