2、光光度法和间接显色法对6省区4o个收集系的金荞麦植株进行黄酮类物质和^r一氨基丁酸(GABA)含量的测定。结果表明:①叶平均黄酮含量为7.093%、变异幅度为3.1%一lO.52%,其中,贵州贵阳A1—1.2、贵州遵义A8—11—1、贵阳花溪A8-9-2收集系的黄酮含量较高(>10%)。②叶GABA的平均含量为0.098%,变异幅度为0.068%一0.173%,其中,四川省康定县A4-5-2、云南大理A6-4-1收集系的GABA含量较高(>O.15%)。(黄酮和GABA含量均较高的为四川省康定县A4-5-2收集系。④对不同省区材料进
3、行多重比较发现,大野荞居群(megaspartanium)的叶黄酮、GABA含量显著高于毛野荞(p/tus)居群。叶黄酮在贵州、四川、重庆等3个省的含量较高,叶GABA在四川省的GABA含量较高。⑤黄酮和GABA含量相关分析显示,相关系数r=0.343’,二者存在显著正相关关系。关键词:金荞麦;.y一氨基丁酸(GABA)含量;黄酮含量;荞麦叶中图分类号:s517文献标识码:AVariafionofFlavonoidandGABAContentinLeavesamongDiferentGoldenBuckwheatAccessions
