1、·296·中华神经外科杂志2014年3月第30卷第3期ChinJNeurosurg,March2014,Vo1.30,No.3.基础论著.高频电刺激伏隔核对锂一匹鲁卡品癫痫大鼠急性发作期的影响周琛斐王克万漆松涛欧阳辉杨开军徐波涛张丹【摘要】目的探索伏隔核(NAc)深部电刺激(DBS)对锂一匹鲁卡品大鼠模型急性期癫痫发作的影响。方法实验大鼠按随机数字表顺序分为五组,DBS壳部组(A),DBS核部组(B),假处理壳部组(C),假处理核部组(D),对照组(E),每组6只大鼠。DBS组置入电极并给予高频率电刺激,假处理组置入电极不给予
2、电刺激。对照组不置入刺激电极。电极置入1周后,大鼠腹腔注射锂一匹鲁卡品诱导癫痫发作。锂一匹鲁卡品给药后,马上给予DBS组大鼠高频率电刺激(130Hz,100s,150txA)。观察大鼠行为发作强度和脑电图变化。结果高频率电刺激NAc壳部明显延长首次癫痫发作潜伏期(P<0.05),减轻癫痫发作行为强度(P<0.05),同时缩短第二阶段发作时程和总发作时程(P<0.05)。而电刺激NAc核部对癫痫发作无明显改善。结论高频率电刺激NAc壳部明显抑制匹鲁卡品诱导的癫痫发作。【关键词】脑深部电刺激;伏隔核;颞叶癫痫Efectofhigh
