2、lu)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)水平；处死小鼠，记录体内脂肪湿重，计算小鼠的Lee’s指数和脂体比，以研究普洱荼茶色素对小鼠的预防肥胖作用。结果显示：普洱茶茶色素能显著降低小鼠的体重、脂体比、Lee’s指数和脂肪系数(P<0．05)，显著降低小鼠血清中Glu、TG、TC、LDL—C的水平(P<0．05)，升高HDL-C的水平(P<0．05)。因此，普洱茶茶色素对小鼠具有预防肥胖、降血糖及调节血脂的作用，可作为预防和治疗肥胖症、II型糖尿病及血症异常的功能性饮品。关键词：普洱茶，茶色素，
