2、型，将创面分为实验组(创面涂400ng／ml的瘦素溶液，用pBs释稀)和对照组(外涂PBS)。观察创面愈合时间；在烫伤后第3，7，11，15，19天5个时相点测量创面的上皮化率；于伤后第7、14和21天用手术刀切取各组的伤口及周边皮肤，做HE及免疫组化染色(PCNA)，以观察创面的愈合时问和组织形态以及角质形成细胞在烫伤创面愈合过程增殖和迁移情况。结果实验组创面愈合时间快于对照组2～3dE右，实验组愈合天数与对照组相比，差异具有显著性(P
