1、重庆医学2012年3月第4J卷第7期679·基础研究·康肤霜对糖尿病大鼠烫伤创面愈合的作用龚震宇,童亚林,万友华,杨润生。,苏晓玲。(中国人民解放军第181医院:1.烧伤整形科;2.病理科;3.动物实验中心,广西桂林541002)摘要:目的观察康肤霜对糖尿病大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法Wistar大鼠24只,采用尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶法帝】成糖尿病大鼠模型。自动控时调压烫伤仪在大鼠背部制备4个深Ⅱ度烫伤创面,将创面随机分为康肤霜组、rhEGF组、聚维酮碘组及生理盐水组,分别采用康肤霜、rhEGF、聚维酮碘及生
2、理盐水外敷,直至创面取材或创面愈合。观察创面愈合率及愈合时间。各组犬鼠于创面治疗后第7、14、21天取创面组织,苏木素一伊红(HE)染色光学显微镜下观察创面组织病理学变化,链霉亲和素一生物素过氧化物酶复合物(SABC)免疫组织化学法检测创面组织增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达,以标记指数法测定PCNA阳性细胞,评估组织创面的修复情况。结果康肤霜组大鼠创面愈合时间、愈合率均优于其他3组(P<0.05)。病理检查显示康肤霜能明显减轻创面早期的炎症反应,促进创面的再上皮化和表皮各层的分化。康肤霜组大鼠创面组织中PCN
