1、痔洗药促进大鼠创面愈合与改善创面微循环的实验研究黑龙江中医药大学黑龙江哈尔滨150040【摘要】目的：探讨痔洗药对大鼠创面愈合和微循环的影响。方法：大鼠造模后随机分为3组：痔洗药组，高猛酸钾组，混合对照组每组25只，痣洗药组动物右侧创面给痣洗药治疗，左侧创面给等量牛理盐水作为对照；高猛酸钾组动物右侧创面给高猛酸钾进行治疗，左侧创面给等量牛理盐水作为对照，混合组右侧创面给痣洗药治疗，左侧创面给高猛酸钾治疗，均每日给药两次，间隔10小时，于第3,7,14天测定创面新生肉芽组织成纤维细胞数量和新生毛细血管数量；于第3,7,11,21天测定肉芽组织蛋白质含量。经统计
