1、二尖瓣成形术治疗二尖瓣反流的临床效果观察［摘要］目的总结和分析二尖瓣成形术治疗二尖瓣反流的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年1月〜2012年6月本院心外科采用二尖瓣成形术治疗的150例二尖瓣反流患者的临床资料，观察临床疗效。结果术后发生心功能不全19例，肾功能不全7例，因胸腔引流量增多而再次开胸止血4例，给予相应的对症治疗后，上述患者治愈出院。术后复查心脏超声示，所有患者均未见二尖瓣狭窄，32例无二尖瓣反流（0级），75例微量反流（I级），38例轻度反流（II级），5例轻至中度反流（III级）。住院期间无死亡病例，随
